Is there a deposit?

YES! Fifty percent (50%) of the balance is due at the time of invoice. The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit secures the desired event date; without it, all you have is an invoice. Our calendar fills up on a first come, first serve basis. “If you wait long, you wait wrong.”

How far in advance do you need before I place my order?

It is best to place a cake order 1-2 weeks in advance. We are intentional about creating cake art; therefore, the creative process takes time. Additionally, we work with local, national, and international vendors to provide the highest quality products. Inquiries made within seven (7) days does not allow our team the time to give customers “the perfect” product.

How much do you charge?

What kind of flavors do you offer?

We always suggest our most popular flavors, but if you don’t see what you are looking for, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and customize a flavor for you.

Do you accept online orders?

Not at the moment. Stay tuned.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery price is based on the delivery address.

Where do I pick up?

The pickup address will be located in the message box on your invoice along with your specified pick-up time. You will also receive a confirmation email 24 hours before pickup.

What is your response time to inquiries?

Emails or online forms submitted Monday-Thursday will receive a response within 24-48 hours. Emails or online forms submitted on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will receive a response the following business day.

What if I have a food allergy?

Please specify any food allergies on your email or online form. We will do our best to accommodate.
